Nepenthes rigidifolia (Sumatra)
Unfortunately, this species seems to be highly threatened in the wild. All our plants are from tissue culture. We keep 20 separate clones in vitro to allow a significant genepool.
A typical highland plant. Not difficult as long as the right climate is provided. Cool nights should be provided to grow this plant.
As a substrate I’d suggest a more open mix. Good components for such mixes are Sphagnum-moss, horticultural perlite, pine bark plus a bit of peat moss. Drainage is recommended.
