An absolutely fantastic new addition! One of the most beautiful Myrmecodia species. Its yellowish spines, arranged in regular rows, are particularly striking. The colour of the spines is also the reason for its name: "Aureus" (Latin for “golden”)
A fairly easy highland species from the Central Mountains of Irian Jaya.
