A beautiful species from Pangabangan near Dinagat, an offshore island off Mindanao. In good light, the caudex is very dark in colour and somewhat reminiscent of Myrmecodia tuberosa 'bullosa'.
The species is likely to be identical to a species from Dinagat that I also offer, but it comes from a different location.
