Hybrids with Nepenthes x Trusmadiensis are usually characterised by a beautifully toothy and coloured peristiomes. I'm looking forward to the result of this cross with Nepenthes peltata, which is characterised by beautiful red barrel-shaped pitchers and intensely red foliage.
As Nepenthes x Trusmadiensis is a natural hybrid of Nepenthes lowii and Nepenthes macrophylla, this is an F3 cross. You can therefore expect a nice range of variation in the seedlings.
