Originally grouped under the name nepenthes fusca, nepenthes zakriana is a colorful, easy to grow species. Native to Borneo, it is closely related to nepenthes dactylifera and is one of the most vigorous nepenthes there are.
Nepenthes zakriana produces striking, elongated pitchers which are bright green in color with intense dark purple/brown speckling. The peristome is lime green upon opening and slowly bronzes over time.
Perfect candidate for a sunny windowsill or a terrarium!

Light: Bright indirect or dappled light.
Temperature: Intermediate conditions preferred, but highly adaptable.
